COMPETITOR FAQ'S
How do I register my car/club ? :
Head along to the link above on the Eventfinda website and follow the registraion process. Easy.
What is included with my ticket/registration ? :
Along with your vehicle exhibitor registration your GA Pass and Automania competitor pack s included.
How does the Street Show (Outdoor section/Hard Park) Work ? :
The Street Show can be entered either by pre registering your entry via our ticketing page or we will take entries on the day (pending capacity*). In the Street Show you are able to arrive and leave whenever you please
For clubs outdoor, if you want a preferred spot and are familiar with the venue please get in touch ahead of time. Pre registered cars and clubs will get priority placement. Those wanting placement in the street show will need to arrive before 9am on their selected day
When is pack in/pack out for Indoor competitors ? :
Pack in: Saturday 22nd May 5-9pm (you will be assigned a time slot - unless other timing arrangements have been made)
Pack out: End of show Sunday 23rd May - 5pm
What Time does the show run ? :
Gates open at 10am and close at 5pm.
Passes? :
You will receive your competitor passes upon check in when loading your vehicle on pack in day.
Liability:
Automania Automotive Festival takes competitor safety seriously and while we take many steps to protect what we can including (onsite security patrols and working closely with NZ Police) Automania Automotive Festival LTD shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any property and we encourage competitors to keep this in mind when thinking about showing their vehicle.

Premium Indoor Show & Shine
Cost:
$65 + Booking Fee (Individual Entry)
$55 + Booking Fee (Club Entry - Per Car)
Basic Information:
- Cars must be available Saturday May 22nd for pack in. Pack in times are from 3pm to 9pm depending on your loading group.
- Cars will remain in the indoor show until completion of show at 5pm Sunday May 23rd
- Driver GA Entry is included with registration
- Drivers may have 1 helper with them on set up day (no children) - H&S Rules
- Trophy and certificate class awards for judging

Street Show
Cost:
$ 25 + Booking Fee (Individual & ClubEntry)
This can be paid on the day Cash of Eftpos (No CC) subject to availability/capacity of the Street Show
Basic Information:
- No time restrictions around Street Show entry or departure. Street Show open from 9:30am. Pre-Registered cars and clubs will get priority to the best available spots with the first arrivals needing to be on site before 9:30am
- Driver GA Entry is included with registration
- Limited judging will be done in this area and winners will be announce online after the show.
- Street Show entry is subject to availability and capacity on the day. The best way is to pre-register to secure your spot.
